Protest Warrior - Operation Hail to the Chief

Well, the Protest Warriors finally have their video and picture journal of the Presidential Inauguration. You truly have to see this to believe it. What the Protest Warriors experienced was ugly. Is what the left really wants the country to be? It is scary and pathetic all at the same time.

Here is a very revealing quote from the written journal:

Our interaction with the anarchists quickly worsened; they began grabbing at our signs, and attempting to rip them out of our hands. We held on tight, and told them to lay off. As they began shoving us, a man who identified himself as a "DAWN marshal" ran over and stepped in between our two groups. "You can not do that here!" he shouted at the anarchists. "This is a peaceful rally!" When they directed their vitriol at the DAWN marshal - actually shoving him and threatening him with further violence - he whirled around and began berating us. "You're instigating!" he told us. "You have to leave!" I attempted to placate him, explaining that we were there with permission from the organizer, but he was beyond reason. He was unable to do anything but call the ProtestWarriors "instigators." As we watched him struggle to restrain the anarchists, we were momentarily dumbfounded. Here was a man who had not only witnessed the violence of the anarchists, but was currently subjected to it - and yet he was blaming us for what was clearly unprovoked intimidation. We wondered at the moral relativism that must be at work in this man's brain, enabling him to blame the victim for the crime.

Yes folks, this is the utopian dream of the left.

And the DC police were nowhere to be found to take a report of the assault on the Protest Warriors by the "peace" supports.

In the lull that preceded the DAWN parade, I went over to a DC PD patrol vehicle to report the assault that had occurred in the park. When I motioned for the officer in the car to roll down his window so I could speak with him, at first he refused. After he saw that I wasn't going to go away he rolled down the window, and I told him that I would like to report an assault. His first response was that I should call 9-1-1; after realizing that that suggestion was ludicrous, as he was a police officer, he told me that he would call another officer who would take my statement. The "other officer" never came.

The "counter inauguration" was apparently a loose collection of hippies, drunks, anarchists, druggies, communists and socialists. All gathered together to celebrate their hatred for American and President Bush. I do not use the term "hate" lightly. In today's society, many on the left use the term "hate" to describe simple disagreement. I use the term in its original meaning; Seething, unadulterated HATE.

You will NOT see any of this on MSM. If a lefty had been knocked down and kicked, it would have been page one on the NY Times.


Update: My friend at Okie on the Lam, (See trackbacks) makes a very good point about the videos, the lefys on the videos apparently think every verbal exchange should include the F-bomb about every other word.
